has been a bad public speaker in the past. The best he can do is to be passable and not embarrass himself. Often though Bush is like this and you cringe when you hear him speak.
In 2004 there was a shortage of flu vaccines. President Bush's response to the American public?
"My call to our fellow Americans is if you're healthy, if you're younger, don't get a flu shot this year," Bush said. "Help us prioritize those who need to get the flu shot, the elderly and the young."I guess he has not improved in the three and half years since that quote.
